On the occasion of the 29th National "Eye Care Day", the launch ceremony of the 6th Tianfu Forum on Myopia Prevention and Control and the "China School Health Action · Zero Distance Myopia Prevention and Control for Children and Adolescents" public welfare activity was held in Chengdu. More than 300 experts and scholars from domestic ophthalmology and optometry related disciplines, clinicians, eye health industry entrepreneurs and other people gathered together to discuss and exchange new ideas, cutting-edge technologies for myopia prevention and control and the development trend of eye health industry.

In today's society, myopia has become one of the most prominent health hazards among children and adolescents, and the prevention and control of myopia in children and adolescents has become the focus of the whole society. In order to fully respond to and meet this urgent need, and at the same time improve the quality and guarantee of medical services, Chengdu Dayinhai Eye Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Zhongan Insurance have worked together to create the Zhongan Yingmou Myopia Prevention and Control Insurance project officially launched.

The six main contents of "Myopia prevention and control system construction" share the latest scientific research results for everyone.

During the forum, representatives from ophthalmology academic associations, medical institutions, primary and secondary school teachers, parents and disease control experts and other related fields held a seminar on myopia prevention and control between medical schools and families. The meeting focused on campus students' vision monitoring, eye health file management, vision screening data application, medical education coordination, home-school linkage cooperation, and discussed the topic of "multi-party coordination, unified myopia prevention and control front, breaking myopia prevention and control barriers".
